The Residential Homes in the ten resort communities of Wailea and Makena range in value from approximately $1 million to over $10
million with a few significantly higher than that. Wailea Kai offers the best values in Wailea, followed by Wailea Pualani, Wailea Kialoa,
Wailea Fairway Estates and Wailea Golf Estates. These latter four communities offer a much higher percentage of homes with ocean views.
